Juicing

Juicing saved my life. I was introduced to juicing by my naturopathic doctor. I fell ill with rheumatoid arthritis a few years ago and spent about two months in a wheelchair, not being able to walk nor be independent. Prednisone helped me walk but due it being a dangerous drug, I decided to seek a naturopathic doctor to explore safer options so that I can walk without relying on prednisone. My naturopathic doctor recommended that I purchase a juicer and begin to juice fruits and vegetables. Buying my juicer was one of the best decisions of my life. Today I am in remission and living a healthy life without relying on any drugs. I wanted to share with you some of the benefits of juicing and no I didn’t do a juice fast. I incorporated juicing into my life while also eating clean and exercising.

What exactly is juicing?

Juicing is the process of extracting juice from fresh fruits and vegetables. It provides a faster, efficient way to absorb immune boosting nutrients naturally loaded with vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. Here are some of the many benefits of juicing:

1. Detox: It aids in the detoxification process helping the liver cleansing and detoxifying the blood due to the fresh juice quick absorption.

2. Energy: If you are feeling lethargic, juicing is a great pick me up. It gives you tons of energy and is better than drinking caffeine loaded drinks.

3. Digestion: Provides a live source of enzymes essential to the digestive process and absorption of nutrients.

4. Prevent and heal diseases: I can attest to this. Others have had success in healing their diseases with juicing.

5. Weight loss: It helps you lose weight while absorbing important nutrients.

6. Mood booster: It helps you feel good all around. It boosts your self-esteem and confidence. It can also eliminate depression and anxiety.

7. Sleep: If you are an insomniac, juicing will help you sleep better. Believe it or not your diet does affect your sleeping pattern.8. Glowing Skin: Makes your skin glow and look younger. Healthy on the inside and outside
