How to Make Cauliflower Rice

Cauliflower Rice 

Serving size 4 

Ingredients: 

1 riced cauliflower package or 1 cauliflower head (already sliced and diced in a food processor) 

A pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil  



Method: 

1.     In a large skillet on high heat, add the Extra Virgin Olive oil and allow to heat up for about a minute. Then add the cauliflower rice. 

2.     Allow to cook for about 10 minutes on low-medium heat. 

3.     Using your spoon, stir the cauliflower rice. Cook until cauliflower is cooked thoroughly. 

4.     Serve and enjoy.
